Every day is an adventure. Some days that adventure is in the kitchen and other days it is at a famous site. I've created this corner of my blog to share my adventures with you, as others have done for me. I can't tell you how many times I've searched the internet for "Things to do in [INSERT CITY NAME HERE]," especially on summer days when looking for places to go with my son. I hope my lists and information will help you make special memories with your family and friends, too.
About my lists
Most of my lists are concentrated in the Washington, DC metropolitan area where I live, but I'll also share some places further into the U.S. and abroad. Except where noted, they include only places and sites I have visited and recommend. This is a work in progress, so if there's something missing, stay tuned - I just haven't gotten there yet.
For now, each item on the list points to a link where you can get more information about visits or tours. As time goes on, I'll be adding my own photos and commentary with additional information for each site on the list.
